Added round start animations for VS and co-op with brand new portrait art
Added results screen with portrait art, win quotes, and some basic statistics
Added dan rankings for co-op mode with slightly nerfed Grand Master score compared to Petal Crash 1.1
Added new choices to lobby names and lobby chat
Added new palettes for Libbie
Added support for showing 3 digits on the win counter if either player hits 100 wins
Pushes are no longer allowed when the last hit from the battle bar has been decided and the damage animation is occurring, but only when it is no longer possible for a rollback to stop the hit from happening
Fixed an issue where certain arrangements of spectators in the lobby could cause spectator sprite display issues (Windows) or crashes (Linux)
Fixed an issue where extraneous hit start sounds could play during heated back-and-forth situations
